Today, Gaz of getlifting.info and The Project teamed together to smash out a grip workout. I train grip twice a week. So i made this one of my grip sessions. It was perhaps longer then i would normally do but it was a great session and we both set some solid 1RM's
Session consisted of:
1rm single arm deads
single arm dead walks (with weight between legs)
Fat gripz rack pulls
Farmers walk

We both train grip, but dont really 'max out'. This was our first max out session and i think we both did extremely well and now have some numbers to improve on. And i can see us improving drastically in the next few weeks as we tweak technique. 180kg (400lb) one armed deadlifts, here we come.
