  • Extreme Kettlebell instructor (2009 Optimal Fitness and Trojan Kettlebells)
  • REPS Level 3 Advanced Gym instructor (2009)
  • Also I lift things most days

Height: 193cm / 6 foot 4 inches
Weight: 140kg (~300lbs)
Natural, unequipped. (knee wraps and belt <- may have to purchase a deadlift suit tho =)).

Training History
Rugby: 1997 - 2008 (10yo - 21yo). Stopped due to repeated hamstring injury.
MMA: Amateur record 1-0-0. Won by unanimous decision (Sept 2009). Fought at 119kg.
Fitness training: 2003 - 2008 (16yo - 21yo) - Started running around the park and rugby training. Stopped when rugby finished.
Weight training: 2005 - present. (18yo - ). The years where i figured out how to use a gym and went through the standard progression of body building programs. Started strength training 2008/2009 (21/22yo).
Strongman: October 2010 (23 yo - present). Looking to compete in whatever i can.
